Impact reduction in our factories
Sant Llorenç Factory
Our most advanced factory is located in Sant Llorenç d’Hortons, where we manufacture most of our Home Care and Personal Care products. It comprises 25,000m² of constructed surface area and is where we currently manufacture 80 million units per year.
We are reducing our impact in the manufacturing process:
Improved water management and use reducing consumption by -220% per Tn manufactured in the last 3 years and investing in new technologies to reuse and use water in our production processes.
43% reduction in waste in industrial wastewater treatment by installing new, more efficient equipment.
48% reduction in CO₂ emissions per Tn manufactured in the last 3 years due to more efficient energy consumption in production processes.
